My name is Tobias Lidström and I live in the northern part of Sweden, and this is my poetic corner on the web.

I started Blackbook Poetry a few years ago because I wanted to share my work that I have written over the years. My poetry writing began in 1996 and at the time I didn’t have much interest in poetry at all but writing became a outlet during difficult times.

My poetry comes in various of styles, mostly in freestyle but also some traditional rhythmic poems. I often write dark poetry simply because when I feel the worst I write best and the words comes out easier when the emotions are fresh. So you won’t find much happy flower poetry here, sowwy!
